** Key Responsibilities **

Client Accounting & Advisory

• Prepare and review business and individual tax returns
• Prepare and review financial statements
• Provide accounting, bookkeeping, and advisory services to a diverse client base
• Research accounting and tax matters and provide practical recommendations
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and applicable tax regulations

** Client Relationship Management **

• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients
• Communicate financial information clearly and professionally
• Build long-term client relationships through exceptional service
• Identify opportunities to improve client processes and financial operations

** Leadership & Collaboration **

• Mentor and support junior accounting staff
• Review work prepared by team members as appropriate
• Assist with workflow management and engagement planning
• Collaborate with firm leadership to ensure outstanding client service

** Qualifications **

** Required **

• ** Active CPA license (Required)**
• ** Current of very recent experience within a public accounting firm **
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• Public accounting experience
• Experience preparing and reviewing business and individual tax returns
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and tax regulations
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and client relationship skills
