Were partnered with a top-tier GC known for delivering $80M$200M ground-up multifamily projectsand theyre bringing in APM-level talent with a goal of elevating them into PMs within 1224 months. This role is open to current Project Engineers looking for promotion to an APM role. Or a current APM that is focused on delivering excellent results and seeking elevation. Projects inside the beltway in VA and DC.

The role:

Youll be in the middle of the actionworking alongside experienced PMs and field leadership, while stepping into real ownership across:

• Subcontractor coordination and buyout
• Budgets, cost control, and forecasting
• RFIs, submittals, and change management
• Client and team meetings
• Supporting field operations on large, active job sites

Who this fits:

• APMs / Jr PMs with 5+ years in commercial construction
• Experience on multifamily (preferred) or other large ground-up builds

• $85K$115K base + bonus
