As an Assistant Restaurant Manager at SSP, you will support the Restaurant General Manager in leading daily operations to deliver outstanding guest experiences. You will supervise front- and back-of-house teams, ensuring high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and safety. Responsibilities include staff scheduling, coaching, and performance support; monitoring inventory and ordering; and overseeing cash handling and POS procedures. You’ll help manage labor and controllable costs, resolve guest concerns, and maintain compliance with food safety and company policies.
