Only 2 deductions: truck payment and insurance. You get paid $1.45 per mile for all miles driven, including your trainee's miles. All miles go to you. Bonuses available when your trainee leaves your truck after 1 year. All loads are dry van with mostly dedicated routes, nothing past Texas or in the Northeast.
