What You'll DoAs a CPR Instructor at Swift Safety Institute, you’ll play a vital role in empowering individuals to respond confidently in emergencies. Your responsibilities will include: - Conducting engaging and informative CPR training sessions for individuals and groups. - Demonstrating proper techniques and ensuring participants understand key concepts. - Providing constructive feedback and encouragement to students during hands-on practice. - Maintaining a professional and supportive learning environment. - Staying up to date on the latest CPR guidelines and best practices.
What We're Looking ForWe’re seeking candidates who bring both expertise and enthusiasm to the role. To be successful in this position, you’ll need: - At least 1 year of experience in CPR instruction or a related field. - Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively teach and engage participants. - A passion for educating others and a commitment to promoting safety. - The ability to adapt your teaching style to meet the needs of diverse learners. - Current CPR certification (preferred but not required).
