Job Description

Customer Service Representative

Location: Oriskany, NY Must live within 1 hour commute Training is Onsite (3-5 weeks)

Pay Rate: $20/hr (W2, Weekly Pay + Benefits) Assignment Length: 3-6+ months (Extension/Conversion possible, based on performance, Business need) Start Date: ASAP

Training & Schedule: Training: 3 weeks (MonThu onsite, Fri virtual) | 8:00 AM 5:00 PM EST | No time off during training Nesting: 2 weeks (extended training support Post-Training: Remote with occasional onsite visits for meetings/events Work Hours: Shifts between 8:00 AM 11:00 PM EST, MondayFriday (must be flexible)

Role Overview

Join the Dental Global Customer Solutions team as a Customer Care Advocate, providing professional, empathetic support to dental customers. You'll respond to calls and emails, research policy details, process transactions, and deliver exceptional service experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone/email
  • Provide accurate info on products, policies, and claims
  • Process requests using systems like Salesforce, Word, and Insight
  • Build trust through strong communication and empathy
  • Uphold service standards while resolving issues efficiently
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1+ year customer service experience (call center, retail, or hospitality)
  • Comfortable navigating multiple computer systems and screens
  • Flexible availability MonFri, 8 AM 11 PM EST
  • Must live within 1 hour of Oriskany, NY
Preferred
  • Call center experience
  • Dental/insurance knowledge
  • Salesforce familiarity
  • Strong multitasking, listening, and typing skills
