A well-established, privately held asset manager with decades of experience in developing innovative investment strategies is looking to hire a Fund Administration Manager to join their Portfolio Operations team. This firm is a recognized leader in both traditional and alternative investment products, including ETF strategies and digital asset vehicles. The Role This position is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administration and regulatory requirements of investment products registered under the Securities Act of 1933, with a particular focus on cryptocurrency and digital asset funds, as well as Interval and Tender Offer funds registered under the Investment Company Act of 1940. Key Responsibilities Administer and coordinate operational and regulatory processes for 1933 Act-registered funds, including crypto and 40 Act Interval and Tender Offer funds Oversee the preparation, review, and filing of regulatory documents including quarterly and annual reports, shareholder reports, and various SEC filings Review and maintain fund documentation such as prospectuses, registration statements, and offering materials in coordination with legal and compliance teams Support new product development, launch, and registration for crypto-based and 40 Act Interval and Tender Offer funds Ensure accuracy of NAV calculations, fund expense accruals, and reconciliations Manage relationships with third-party service providers including traditional and crypto custodians, fund accountants, auditors, and legal counsel Partner with internal stakeholders on fund governance, risk management, and operational efficiency initiatives Monitor and stay ahead of the evolving regulatory landscape governing digital asset funds and 40 Act products Ideal Candidate 7+ years of fund administration experience 2+ years of direct, hands-on experience with cryptocurrency or blockchain-related funds Strong command of SEC filing requirements across registration statements and periodic reports Solid understanding of digital asset valuation, custody mechanics, on-chain reconciliation, staking rewards, and crypto custody auditing Deep familiarity with mutual fund operations and Investment Company Act of 1940 requirements Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; Master's degree a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr Green Key Resources
