Overview A law firm seeks an Estate Planning Attorney to join its growing office in Rhinelander, WI. This client-centered role emphasizes building relationships, clear communication, and serving the community. The attorney will work closely with clients, draft meaningful legal documents, and present at educational workshops designed to empower and inform. Duties Meet with clients to guide them through estate planning and elder law solutions. Draft legal documents including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney. Present at client workshops and community educational events. Collaborate with a skilled, supportive team of legal professionals. Develop long-term client relationships based on trust and guidance. Gain experience in estate planning, probate, trust administration, and Medicaid. Requirements Licensed to practice law in Wisconsin (or ability to get licensed) required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A willingness to learn and grow in the estate planning and elder law field. A collaborative approach, valuing teamwork. Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in managing responsibilities. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Licensing Licensed to practice law in Wisconsin. Benefits 6% company 401k contribution.
