What You’ll Do As a Flexologist, you’ll work individually with clients using StretchLab’s proprietary assisted stretching system to improve mobility, flexibility, recovery, posture, and overall movement. You’ll: Deliver personalized one-on-one assisted stretch session Build meaningful relationships with members Celebrate client progress and milestones Educate clients about mobility and recovery Help create an exceptional member experience from start to finish This is much more than stretching. It’s coaching, encouragement, accountability, and helping people move through life with greater confidence. Who We’re Looking For We’re looking for people who genuinely enjoy helping others succeed. You should be: Passionate about health, fitness, movement, or recovery Comfortable working hands-on with clients Positive, energetic, and professional An excellent communicator Coachable and committed to continuous learning Reliable and dependable Someone who takes pride in delivering an exceptional experience every session Ideal Backgrounds Experience in one or more of these areas is preferred: Personal Training Exercise Science Athletic Training Physical Therapy Physical Therapist Assistant Occupational Therapy Massage Therapy Yoga Pilates Dance Chiropractic Kinesiology Stretch Therapy If you have a strong movement background and enjoy helping people, we’d love to talk. Training Every Flexologist completes StretchLab’s nationally recognized Flexologist Certification Program.
