•u0009Support: 2 Midlevel Providers and other Physicians during day shifts
•u0009Certifications and license required: Must have Texas license, must be Board Certified, must have Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
•u0009Credentialing timeframe: 60 Days
