We are currently seeking dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaners to join our professional team. Shift: Days Only (no nights or weekends)

Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough and efficient cleaning of clients' homes according to our company's high standards and checklist.
• Dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and polishing floors as needed.
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, showers, and countertops.
• Clean and sanitize kitchen appliances, surfaces, and cabinets to maintain cleanliness and order.
• Make beds, change linens, and ensure bedrooms are tidy and organized.
• Empty trash cans and dispose of waste in a proper and hygienic manner.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences.
• Follow safety protocols and use appropriate cleaning agents and equipment.
• Provide exceptional customer service and address any client concerns or feedback promptly and professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness and working condition of cleaning equipment.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in residential or commercial cleaning is preferred but not required. We are willing to train motivated candidates who demonstrate a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently and independently.
• Excellent time management skills to ensure all tasks are completed within the assigned timeframe.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with clients in a courteous and respectful manner.
• English speaking required and a valid driver’s license is required.
• Must be physically capable of performing cleaning tasks, including lifting and moving furniture or equipment when necessary.
• Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and occasional evenings based on client demands.
