She encourages us to continue growing at Spotless Cleaning Services." – Maria, Team Member since 2018 Summary of Responsibilities Arrive on time every day Present yourself and be friendly and courteous to all clients when entering the office Clean all assigned areas of homes and offices each day Ensure quality cleaning, guaranteeing no more than 1 cancellation due to quality reasons in a calendar year Follow the Spotless system, always wearing an apron and cleaning top to bottom, left to right, as a link between the client and the company Verify all keys and assigned jobs, managing keys while in your possession to ensure none are lost Use GPS to locate client homes and offices Update the end‑of‑shift sheet with appropriate and current information (key location, trash location, etc.) Log into the appropriate app at the start and end of your shift Notify the office immediately of any issues that arise during the cleaning of the home/office (e.g., broken items, loose faucets, etc.) Collect all notes left by clients for Spotless Cleaning Services and bring them to the office Record supply orders from clients Walk through the home/office after each cleaning job Other tasks as assigned Towels: You are responsible for washing your own towels. #J-18808-Ljbffr Spotless Cleaning SVC
