This role supports current and upcoming remote consulting opportunities focused on humanities and cultural artifact review, arts materials evaluation, rubric-based assessment, document and spreadsheet review, slide deck quality review, structured feedback, and high-quality project execution. Selected professionals will evaluate AI-generated work products and apply subject-matter expertise to identify factual, interpretive, aesthetic, and presentation issues.

Key Responsibilities

    • Assess whether analysis is contextually sound, historically accurate, culturally nuanced, and appropriate for the stated audience.
    • Identify factual errors, weak interpretation, missing context, unclear framing, unsupported claims, or poor linkage between evidence and conclusions.
  • Arts, Culture & Interpretation Quality Evaluation
    • Review materials involving cultural reports, arts programming, exhibition summaries, educational resources, literature or history materials, artist/context summaries, and presentation decks.
    • Assess whether content demonstrates strong cultural understanding, clear interpretive logic, and appropriate tone.
    • Evaluate research summaries, cultural briefings, educational materials, curatorial-style content, and audience-facing recommendations for rigor and usability.
    • Provide clear written feedback that improves humanities, arts, and culture artifact quality.
  • Spreadsheet, Document & Presentation Quality Review
    • Review spreadsheets for structure, logic, calculations, formatting, usability, and consistency.
    • Assess slide decks for organization, visual clarity, executive readability, and presentation quality.
    • Identify factual, aesthetic, formatting, and presentation errors across Microsoft Office and Google Workspace files.
    • Apply consistent review standards across documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of relevant professional experience in humanities, arts, culture, cultural institutions, museums, galleries, publishing, arts administration, curatorial work, cultural research, arts education, academia, editorial work, or related fields.
  • Native or professional fluency in English.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Strong experience with Google Slides, PowerPoint, Excel, Google Sheets, Word, and Google Docs.
  • Ability to evaluate documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent written communication skills and ability to provide structured feedback.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote, project-based environment.

Educational Background

  • Academic backgrounds in humanities, art history, history, literature, philosophy, classics, cultural studies, museum studies, visual arts, performing arts, media studies, anthropology, or related fields may be relevant.
  • Advanced degree from a reputable institution may be valuable.
  • Professional training in cultural research, curatorial practice, arts education, humanities writing, editorial review, or museum/gallery work may also be relevant depending on project scope.

Nice to Have

  • Master's degree, PhD, MFA, or comparable humanities, arts, or culture-related credential.
  • Experience creating or reviewing cultural reports, exhibition materials, arts education resources, research summaries, editorial content, curatorial briefs, grant materials, programming decks, or audience-facing cultural materials.
  • Familiarity with humanities research methods, cultural interpretation, source evaluation, historical context, arts criticism, audience engagement, and educational presentation design.
  • Experience reviewing presentation decks for clarity, polish, and cultural communication quality.
  • Strong ability to evaluate both humanities/cultural substance and visual/presentation quality.

Why This Opportunity

  • Apply humanities, arts, and culture expertise to structured remote evaluation work.
  • Review high-quality documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across cultural analysis, arts education, humanities research, and presentation topics.
  • Contribute to accurate, rigorous, and professionally presented humanities and culture materials.
