The Laundry Attendant is responsible for maintaining efficient and high-quality laundry operations, ensuring all linens and guest items are clean, organized, and readily available. This role directly impacts guest satisfaction, operational efficiency, and the overall appearance and hygiene of the property.
HOW YOU'LL SHAPE THE EXPERIENCE & FUTURE
Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
Ability to operate and maintain laundry equipment safely and efficiently.
Strong organizational skills for sorting, folding, and storing linens.
Reliability and consistency in completing tasks in a timely manner.
Professional and friendly attitude when interacting with guests or team members.
Previous experience in laundry or housekeeping operations is a plus but not required. Familiarity with operating washers, dryers, and ironing equipment is beneficial.
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. On-the-job training provided to ensure proper handling of equipment and linens.
