We value teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvementand we are looking for a strong Medical Office Manager to help lead our front-office and administrative operations.Position SummaryThe Medical Office Manager is responsible for overseeing daily clinic operations, supervising administrative staff, ensuring excellent patient experience, and maintaining compliance with practice policies and procedures. This role serves as the key liaison between providers, staff, and leadership to ensure smooth and efficient clinic function.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee day-to-day operations of the medical office to ensure efficiency, professionalism, and adherence to clinic standardsEnsure proper billing practices are in placeHelp coordinate meetingsSupervise front desk and administrative staff; conduct regular check-ins, performance reviews, and coachingServe as the primary point of contact for providers regarding scheduling, workflow, and operational concernsAddress patient complaints and service issues promptly; ensure appropriate follow-up and resolutionTrain and onboard new staff, ensuring all policies and procedures are clearly communicatedMonitor staff performance, document issues, and assist with Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) when necessaryEnforce office policies, including attendance standards and workplace professionalismAssist with system improvements, workflow optimization, and implementation of new processesCoordinate with leadership on staffing needs, operational updates, and compliance mattersEnsure HIPAA compliance and maintain confidentiality at all timesRequired QualificationsMinimum 23 years of experience in medical office management or healthcare administrationStrong leadership, organizational, and communication skillsExperience supervising front desk or administrative staffKnowledge of medical office workflows, insurance verification, and patient schedulingProficiency with EMR systems (eClinicalWorks preferred)Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and discretionPreferred QualificationsExperience in a specialty practice (pulmonary, sleep, cardiology, etc.)Familiarity with performance management, staff training, and compliance processesBilingual (English/Spanish) is a plusWhat We OfferCompetitive compensation based on experienceStable MondayThursday schedule (work-life balance matters to us)Supportive leadership and collaborative team cultureOpportunity to grow with a rapidly expanding specialty practiceHow to ApplyInterested candidates should submit a resume and brief cover letter outlining relevant experience.
