Ternus Lending, LLC is on the hunt for motivated and dynamic Mortgage Loan Officers to drive success in 1-4 family residential investment property lending. What You’ll Be Doing: Be the go-to expert for residential property investors by educating them, originating our game-changing loan products, and helping them achieve their financial goals. Stay ahead of the curve by mastering our lender product offerings, guidelines, and systems to seamlessly guide loans through Due Diligence, Underwriting, and Closing processes. Spread the word by distributing compelling marketing materials and conducting customer qualification analyses. Maximize your impact by efficiently managing company-supplied leads and Salesforce contact databases, ensuring timely follow-up and quality lead handling. Crush your targets by consistently exceeding weekly, monthly, and annual origination production goals. What We’re Looking For: Experience: 2+ years in residential/commercial mortgage lending (or equivalent). Skills: A natural talent for sales, customer service, negotiation, and problem-solving. Education & Licensing: A Bachelor’s degree is a plus, and mortgage state licensing is preferred. Your Reward: Base Salary: $50,000 annually. Commission: Earn $500 per funded unit OR 20 BPS of the loan amount (whichever is greater) on Ternus-originated loans. Total Pay Range: $130,000 to $150,000 annually, with bonus opportunities.
