Job Title: Music Campaign Producer
Location: Culver City, CA (Hybrid, 3 days onsite)
Pay: $91/hr
Duration: 6-month Assignment
About the Role Our client is seeking an Music Campaign Producer to own and execute on music campaigns and programs within a highly-energized, fast-paced environment. This contract role provides day-to-day support of our client's music programs and campaigns, including management of the production of global music priorities. The role may require work outside of standard business hours, including on-call scheduled weekend support.
What you'll do - Oversee the setup, creation, and management of key production platform deliverables.
- Create and communicate proper naming conventions, update associated trackers, and confirm that appropriate metadata standards are applied.
- Provide support to associated Editorial teams and producers as needed.
- Build positive relationships across our client's music ecosystem; collaborate with Editorial, Production, Business, and Marketing teams to move priorities forward.
- Report to the leadership team and assist in the creation of executive summaries.
- Create and communicate folder structure, channels, and other team workspaces.
- Provide frequent and clear communication regarding the status of deliverables, reporting on completed content delivery while raising potential issues or key decisions to ensure successful project delivery.
- Continually strive to define, inform, and optimize production processes.
What you'll bring - 5+ years of experience in production and/or project management in the digital media or entertainment industry.
- Thrives in a fast-paced work environment and is highly adaptable to quickly shifting business priorities.
- Keen eye for detail and familiarity with digital assets and deliverables.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative team spirit.
- Ability to assist with improving production processes, tools, and workflows.
- Ability to provide honest, detailed reports and feedback directly to management and leadership.
- High proficiency with Mac/Apple applications, particularly Keynote.
- Passion for pop culture, music, and associated content.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent related industry experience.
