About The Role Our Authentication Centers (warehouses) are where the magic happens! As Photography Supervisor, you will play a part in driving business operations forward by overseeing the development and productivity of the Photography team. You will be responsible for the day to day operations of the photo studio, the consignor and customer experience.You are a team player and excited about innovation. Partnering with leadership to meet and maintain studio goals while complying with company policies and visions. With your previous experience in operations, you possess hands-on ability to own projects relating to KPI’s, process and metric improvements. The expected salary range for this role is $51,714.00-$65,504.00. To determine starting pay we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate’s skills, experience, market demands, and internal parity. Additionally, salary is just one component of TRR’s total rewards package. Depending on role, employees may also be eligible for a bonus program, incentive pay and benefits.
