Role and Responsibilities Development Stage: Check in PPS samples by weighing, fitting, and measuring. Label samples with issues and communicate with PD. Stock Styles (Put up approval): Review packaged samples with the packaging designer for correct put up, quality, artwork, and secure placement. Follow up with factories. Customer Cut to Orders: Review put ups according to SOP protocol. Production Stage: Check in TOP samples against approved PPS samples (color, dimensions, execution, quality). Review deviations with designers and packaging. Communicate directly with overseas partners regarding approvals. Coordinate with sales and customers on customer‑specific TOPs, ensuring compliance with vendor guides and portals. Maintain a sample requirement library and track TOPs shared with customers. Packaging: Review packaging artwork for legal and logistics compliance. Check physical labels for quality and accuracy. Reporting & Tracking: Utilize a product milestone report to monitor packaging/sample timelines. Ensure on‑time deliveries and elevate issues. Administrative: Organize paperwork, samples, and labels. Manage sourcing samples, enter data into PLM, and maintain efficient email communication. Other: Perform related duties as assigned by management. Qualifications Minimum of 2+ years of experience. Associate or bachelor's degree preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Superior organizational skills and excellent attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Excel. Experience using a Pantone book. Ability to multitask and work in a collaborative environment.
