Job Summary

We are seeking a high-energy, physically fit CDL Route Delivery Driver to join our team. You will be the face of MC Tire, responsible for delivering and picking up commercial, industrial, and OTR tires for our valued customers. This is a "hands-on" delivery role—you won’t just be driving; you’ll be handling the heavy lifting and loading that keeps our business moving.

Key Responsibilities

• Safe Operation: Safely drive and maneuver a box truck or specialized delivery vehicle on local and regional routes.
• Physical Delivery: Load, unload, and stack heavy commercial truck and OTR tires at customer sites and our warehouse.
• Route Efficiency: Follow a daily manifest to ensure all customer pickups and drop-offs are completed on time.
• Customer Service: Act as a professional representative of MC Tire, providing friendly and reliable service to our fleet and commercial partners.
• Vehicle Care: Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure equipment is safe and compliant with DOT regulations.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate delivery logs and paperwork.

Requirements

• License: Must possess a valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL Class B preferred).
• Driving Record: Clean MVR and valid DOT Medical Card.
• Physical Stamina: This is a highly physical role. You must be able to lift, push, and roll tires weighing 100+ lbs frequently throughout the day.
• Experience: Previous route delivery experience preferred- 1 year of experience is preferred
• Reliability: Punctuality is a must—our customers depend on us to stay on schedule.
