Accountabilities Lead the development of comprehensive therapy awareness programs targeting clinical audiences. Translate clinical data and health outcomes into clear, compliant messaging. Collaborate with Clinical, Medical Affairs, and Health Economics teams for accurate education. Create multi-channel awareness campaigns including live events and digital tools. Design scalable field marketing programs aligned with sales objectives. Serve as the primary marketing liaison for field sales, ensuring priority alignment. Develop regional marketing tools and resources for local engagement initiatives. Establish feedback mechanisms to refine programs continuously. Define success metrics and KPIs for programs. Analyze performance data to derive insights and adjust strategies. Requirements Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred. 7+ years of experience in marketing within medical devices or healthcare sectors. Proven ability leading therapy or disease-state awareness initiatives. Strong field marketing and sales enablement experience. Background in supporting product launches and growth commercialization.
