CooperDouglas is partnering with a well-established real estate organization to hire a Senior Property Accountant to support a multi-property portfolio. This role will own the financial reporting and close process across assigned properties while overseeing work prepared by offshore accounting teams.
This is a hands-on role with real ownership, ideal for someone who understands property-level accounting, can operate independently, and is comfortable reviewing and elevating work from outsourced partners.
