Position: Senior Warehouse Associate, Finalize

Location: Hebron, KY 41018

Job Summary:

Currently looking for an individual to join our warehousing team in a fast-paced environment that focuses on safety, quality, and productivity.

Shift:

• 1st Shift, Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and arrange outbound shipments within Amazon Seller Central, ensuring accurate setup, documentation, and on-time execution.
• Book and manage outbound freight across multiple modes, including Small Parcel, Less Than Truckload (LTL), and Full Truckload (FTL), selecting the most efficient and cost-effective options.
• Create, manage, and track work orders and tickets within the Amazon ecosystem for non-shippable, restricted, or exception items, driving timely resolution.
• Monitor shipment status and proactively troubleshoot issues related to routing, delays, or compliance requirements.
• Operate independently with minimal supervision, prioritizing workload and taking ownership of tasks from initiation through completion.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with internal teams and external partners via Slack and email to align on shipment status, issues, and next steps.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure all shipments and exceptions comply with Amazon and internal operational standards.

Requirements:

• Able to stand for 8-10 hours per day
• Ability to consistently lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
• Available for overtime, as needed
• Have reliable transportation to and from work
• Ability to consistently move in a full range of motion
• Ability to perform tasks under pressure, and within a deadline driven environment
• Detail oriented
• Excellent command of the English language in both written and verbal communication
