Umbrella Learning Academy is seeking reliable and dedicated substitute teachers to join our team. As a substitute teacher, you will step in for regular classroom teachers when needed, ensuring students continue to learn and thrive in a structured environment.

Responsibilities:

• Follow lesson plans provided by the classroom teacher
• Manage classroom behavior and maintain a positive learning environment
• Assist students with their academic tasks and assignments
• Communicate with school staff as necessary to ensure smooth transitions

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma
• Prior teaching or childcare experience (preferred)
• Strong communication and classroom management skills
• Flexibility and the ability to adapt quickly to different classroom environments
