Administrative Assistant – Premier Investment Firm (AI)

A global investment firm is hiring for a high-performing Administrative Assistant to support a collaborative four-person team, including a Partner. This team is at the forefront of the AI ecosystem, providing capital to the next generation of high-growth companies. This is a great role for a career-minded assistant who is tech savvy and energized by the future of AI.

Location: Midtown East, NYC

Onsite (Mon-Fri) | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Compensation & Perks

  • $100,000 – $125,000 base range (with flexibility up to $130k for exceptional experience) + Paid Overtime + Discretionary Bonus.

Responsibilities include:

  • Manage complex scheduling and Outlook calendars, prioritize internal/external meetings, and coordinate seamless domestic/international travel (Concur).
  • Attend meetings, capture action items, and manage team reminders.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for high-level correspondence with professionalism and discretion.
  • Coordinate conference room bookings, large-scale meeting materials, and meticulous corporate expense reporting.
  • leverage firm-approved AI platforms and CRM tools (Dealcloud/Salesforce) to streamline day-to-day operations and research.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of administrative/executive assistant experience - finance industry experience required.
  • You have a genuine interest in how AI is changing the business landscape and utilizing it where appropriate.
  • High level of discretion, accountability, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • You are a "career assistant" who loves what you do. You are positive, upbeat, and client-service oriented.
