Summary The Digital Marketing Specialist operationalizes our digital presence through search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), pay per click advertising (PPC) and the overall maintenance of Mary Free Bed websites. These critical digital initiatives support multiple organizational functions including business development, system development, branding and strategic goals. Responsibilities include support and maintenance of SEM, SEO, PPC and website initiatives to ensure Mary Free Bed is effectively represented across digital channels. This role collaborates closely with the marketing team to execute projects that support the organizational goals and strategies to serve more patients.

Essential Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate innovative and effective SEO/SEM and PPC campaigns for the Mary Free Bed system and various programs and services, including inpatient, outpatient and orthotics & prosthetics.
• Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for website optimization and campaign enhancement.
• Develop, implement and monitor PPC advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads and other relevant networks.
• Analyze and report on performance metrics to optimize campaigns and achieve desired outcomes.
• Collaborate with multiple departments to develop and execute digital needs ensuring consistency and alignment with organizational objectives.
• Monitor industry trends and best practices in digital marketing, incorporating new ideas and strategies.
• Write and proofread ad copy in accordance with established AP style guidelines, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.

Customer Service Responsibilities

Demonstrate excellent customer service and standards of behaviors as well as encourages, coaches, and monitors the same in team members. This individual should consistently promote teamwork and direct communication with co-workers and deal discretely and sensitively with confidential information.

Responsibilities in Quality Improvement

Contribute by identifying problems and seeking solutions. Promote patient/family satisfaction where possible; participates in departmental efforts to monitor and report customer service.

Essential Job Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Excellent writing and proofreading skills
• Experience in the back end of WordPress
• Knowledge of digital analytics
• Experience in SEO/SEM and PPC advertising
• Experience working with advertising platforms such as Google Ads and Bing Ads
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to multi-task for timely project completion
• Demonstrated commitment to organizational mission
• A portfolio or samples of digital advertising campaign work will be required
