Use social media tools and retargeting strategies to grow engagement and attract new clients. Keep up with what’s trending in the beauty world and adapt ideas quickly. In-Person Marketing & Community Building: Visit local businesses and build genuine referral partnerships. Hand out promotional materials that actually get noticed. Be our brand ambassador in the community - the person people love talking to. Find creative ways to connect with local audiences and build our B2B network. Move fast - you can capture, create, and post in real time when inspiration strikes. Love the beauty industry and always know what’s trending. Enjoy both creative work and genuine human connection. Can juggle multiple projects without dropping the ball. Requirements Experience with social media management tools, photo/video editing, or Canva. Comfort with photography, filming, or short-form video content.
