Job Summary
The Lead Consultant in SAP Basis S/4HANA Upgrade & Migration is responsible for overseeing the successful upgrade and migration of SAP Basis to S/4HANA, ensuring seamless transition and optimal functionality in alignment with business objectives and requirements. (1.) Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the end-to-end upgrade and migration projects for sap basis to s/4hana.
• Develop and execute project plans, ensuring timely delivery and quality of work.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather requirements and ensure smooth integration.
• Conduct system assessments, troubleshooting, and performance tuning as needed.
• Provide expertise and guidance on best practices for sap basis s/4hana configuration and optimization.
• Perform system backups, disaster recovery, and system enhancements to support business operations.
• Stay UpToDate with the latest sap technologies and recommend solutions for continuous improvement.

Skill Requirements

• Proficient in sap basis administration and configuration.
• Extensive experience in sap s/4hana upgrades and migrations.
• Strong knowledge of sap landscape transformation and system integration.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in sap environments.
• Excellent project management skills with a focus on delivery and quality.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders effectively.
• Certification in sap basis or s/4hana is preferred but not mandatory.

Certification: SAP Certified Technology Associate System Administration (SAP HANA) with SAP NetWeaver 7.5 or equivalent is a plus.
