Job Description
Hybrid Opportunity: Manage the internet pay-per-click advertising campaigns and budgets across multiple platforms. As
PPC Specialist , you will be responsible for the strategy, design, implementation, and analysis of ad performance - including bid management, market and keyword research, and coordination of promotional activities. You will focus on optimizing campaign performance, improving efficiencies, and achieving key metrics.
Knowledge of Automation Products is a plus but not required.
NOTE: This is currently a hybrid position requiring partial in-office work. However, full remote candidates will be considered.
Responsibilities - Own the day-to-day management of Google/Bing campaigns to grow revenue and profit
- Contribute to the growth and scaling of the business through our paid acquisition including but not limited to Google/Bing search, shopping, and display ad campaigns
- Develop product release plans through all ad platforms (including audience targeting and segmentation, messaging, budgeting, etc.)
- Identify conversion rate optimization (CRO) opportunities to improve campaign performance
- Develop, deploy, and test media investment strategies across channels
- Create, maintain, and monitor keyword bids, account daily and monthly budget caps, impression share, quality score, and other important account metrics
- Perform landing page audits, rigorous A/B testing, and optimization
- Analyze campaign performance data and provide interpretation and conclusions
- Report on all elements of the campaigns, including planning, performance, and goals
- Maintain cutting-edge knowledge of strategies in paid acquisition (network betas and updates, innovation opportunities, etc.)
- Discover, research, and test new ad formats, advertising methods, and platforms/channels
- Work with cross-functional teams by providing shopper data to aid in product portfolio development, customer service improvements, inventory planning, etc.
- Support activities to develop and design creative, high-converting content, and landing pages
Requirements - Four-year degree in marketing or related field (preferred)
- Familiarity with Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising
- B2B digital marketing experience • Ability to work and interpret data independently
- Google Analytics and Google Ads certifications, preferred
- Experience using the Google Suite (Ads, Analytics, Data Studio, Tag Manager, Search Console) • Experience with relevant keyword research tools (e.g., SEMRush, Screaming Frog, AHREFs)
- Effective communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work both independently and in a team environment
